Vietnamese food is all about fresh! We venture to the local wet market in Ho Chi Minh City where the guide describes the aromatic herbs and vegetables used in traditional foods such as spring rolls, pork wrapped in betel leaves and sweet and sour soup. We taste the heavenly sweetness of banana and sticky rice wrapped in banana leaf and grilled. On our way to a cooking class in the kitchen of a local family, we grab the fresh ingredients to cook and share a delicious meal in the warm and friendly home of a Vietnamese family.
