Aye Sandar Tun – Local guide in Myanmar

I am Aye Sandar Tun and I am originally from north-east part of Myanmar which is Keng Tung in eastern Shan State. I am 30 years old and I normally live in Yangon with my husband. Since I was a child, my dad has wanted me to interact with foreigners to get more knowledge about the world. Besides, I love singing, dancing, reading and traveling. Since then, my dream has been to be a tour guide as I can.

In 2012, I was working as a front office staff at one of the hotels in Naypyidaw. Then, I started to understand myself more that I love the service industry too. In the same year, I started my guide carrier as a stationed guide for the Inle lake area. I was so much enjoying my career and at the same time, I love to give clients’ satisfaction too after learning what their interests are once I meet them.
