Elegant New Inle Hotel Sets High Standards for Environmental Sustainability

October 27, 2014 by Khiri Travel | Filed Under: , , ,

The latest addition to Inle Lake’s high-end choice of accommodations is Hotel Novotel Inle Lake Myat Min. Located near the lake’s eastern shore, this resort offers 60 Junior Suites, 60 Villas by the Lake, two Presidential Suites and two restaurants.

Apart from the beautifully designed rooms that set a new standard not only at Inle Lake but also in all of Myanmar, the Accor Group wisely decided not build this hotel on the lake. This decision reflects on their corporate social responsibility strategy to raise the standard for sustainable tourism as well as protect the environmental resources of the lake.

Commented Edwin Briels, Khiri Travel Myanmar General Manager after a night’s stay at Novotel’s Junior Suite, “these rooms are very spacious and comfortable and are reaching a new standard in quality.”
