Hello Vietnam! – Family Friendly Tours

December 15, 2017 by Khiri Travel | Filed Under: , , ,

Vietnam is a great destination for families. Not only are the destinations and activities family friendly, but Vietnamese people also love to welcome families to their country. The Vietnamese have a great respect for their families and they will do their best to make your clients feel as comfortable as possible while visiting their country.

Whenever we have guests with children planning to visit Vietnam, Khiri Travel has three “do not miss” destinations: Ha Long Bay, Da Nang and the Mekong Delta.

An overnight cruise in Ha Long Bay is an ideal plan for a family. Spend an idyllic two days and one night on board for time to kayak, visit hidden caves and fishing villages, and of course go swimming. Every kid loves to swim and Ha Long Bay is clean and safe for families who enjoy getting in the water.

Bach Ma National Park is located on the coast of Vietnam at Da Nang between Hue and Hoi An. This family-friendly park has organized campfires, night trekking and if the kids are big enough, zip-lining. Surrounded by nature, this is an ideal option to take a break from the urban areas of central Vietnam.

The Mekong Delta is always a highlight in Vietnam. Khiri Travel Vietnam recommends including this destination in every itinerary to southern Vietnam. There are opportunities to take bike rides through the countryside and boat trips along the canals, fishing villages and small farms. Spending time at a local homestay makes for an unforgettable experience for adults and children to share in family activities with the host family. The Tet festival (around 19 February in 2015) is coming soon. Khiri Travel Vietnam has great ideas on how travelers can join in the fun and fireworks of Vietnam’s biggest holiday in the Mekong Delta.
