Increase in Entrance Fees at Bagan and Inle Lake

The Myanmar authorities have announced that the entrance fees for the Bagan archaeological zone increased from USD 10 to USD 15 per person, effective 1 June 2013.

The entrance fees for Inle lake area will also increase, rising from USD 5 to USD 10 per person, effective 1 October 2013.

Khiri Travel Myanmar’s policy is to charge both increases to its clients for new bookings. For pre-existing bookings, Khiri will absorb the increase.
