The Frangipani Living Arts Hotel & Spa is the latest property of the Frangipani Villa Hotels Group. The hotel officially opens its doors on the 25th of January. It is located in the area of the Russian Market as well as Toul Sleng Genocidal Museum. The hotel has 123 rooms and suites, and the expected facilities like an outdoor swimming pool, restaurant, rooftop plunge pool, rooftop fitness center, lounge & sky bar and spa. The hotel’s proximity to the Russian Market, a few minutes’ walk away, makes it an ideal location in an area that has undergone significant refurbishment in recent years but still retains the old charm of Phnom Penh in the 1960s. We at Khiri Travel Cambodia think it is a perfect base from which to explore the capital city of Cambodia.
