Personalized Adventures – the key to a great 2019 in Laos

December 23, 2019 by Khiri Travel | Filed Under: , ,

Another year has passed, full of excitement and new developments as we improved our team while creating better and more exciting ways to discover Laos. 2019 continued shining brightly, as guests from around the globe chose Khiri Travel Laos for their excursions into this beautiful country. With an increasing demand for finding unexplored locales in Asia, Laos has become a popular choice for those with wanderlust.

Khiri Travel Laos continues to meticulously plan and customize travel experiences with our guests in mind: our team takes it one step further by diligently crafting programs that align with the individual interests of our clients.

To cater to these personalized itineraries, Nouane Vorachack has joined our team to support us. With many years of experience in the Lao tourism industry, Nouane also fluently speaks Lao, English, and French. With her on board, we can continue expanding our travel products away from the larger cities towards the lesser-known regions of Laos. She certainly is a valuable addition to our passionate team and can help us continue personalizing our guests’ adventures into 2020.

Maintaining this ‘can do’ mentality has been a key theme that positively influences all aspects of Khiri Travel including our sales, operations, finance, and management departments. It has been very rewarding to see this develop: this drive often leads to out-of-the-box solutions that continue to surprise and wow our clients beyond their wildest expectations. With steady growth in 2019, we predict this momentum carrying over into 2020. With an optimistic outlook, our team plans on maintaining our level of excellence as one of the premier DMCs in Laos.

Aside from planning customized travel, we also pride ourselves on providing the best customer service while clients travel with us. Flexibility is one of our cornerstones when we think about great service. Our team continues 2020 by offering around the clock support and personalized service to our clients.

Aside from all these exciting internal developments, sustainability remains at the forefront of our values at Khiri Travel Laos: this year has been no different as we do our part in contributing to the greater good. Our tour operators and partners continue to reduce their plastic use while we see improvements in their well-being and livelihoods. Operating in a sustainable manner means employing locals in rural areas to guarantee that tourism benefits a wider group of Laotian townspeople: this has been the main driver motivating us to continue building a transparent and responsible supply chain within Khiri Travel Laos.

Moreover, sustainability also means taking care of our family – the team! The wellbeing and development of our staff is crucial towards promoting a healthy and motivated work environment. Personal development training and recreational activities are an integral part of our office culture here. From adventurous teambuilding trips, regular sporting activities, and casual happy hours – treating staff as family is a main factor in our successful operations.

From our family to yours, we look forward to seeing you and cheers to another great year in 2020!
