The Tao Garden Health Spa and Resort in the hills of Chiang Mai was created by Qi Gong and Taoist inner alchemy master Mantak Chia. The setting is an oasis for the body, mind and spirit where the senses are soothed and the heart encouraged to open.

All the treatments are given in the beautiful Tao Spa, which also includes a fully equipped hydrotherapy pool.

The Pakua Clinic, a holistic medical facility, has few rivals for the breadth and diversity of medical treatments and diagnosis. Each guest receives a comprehensive analysis of their state of health guided by a licensed allopathic physician with data garnered by laboratory analysis. All the physicians are trained in naturopathic and Eastern healing arts such as acupuncture, meditation and Qi Gong.

Enjoy your delicious, freshly prepared, organic meals in the tranquil atmosphere of the octagon-shaped dining hall, with its open sides overlooking a still-water pond. Help yourself to the variety of juices, teas and ionized water. The Joy of Juice Club has the ambience of a social club and a mission to provide healthy juice blends designed to delight the palate, heal the body, and satisfy the soul.

For additional creature comforts you will also find a large swimming pool, shaded lounging chairs with complimentary chilled coconut drinks, herbal steam bath, an exercise room, tennis courts, a basketball court and other amenities.
