One of the unique places in town is a luxury homestay – an atmospheric and peaceful traditional wooden Vietnamese house. Guests can try out different spa treatments such as hand spas where guests have their fingers dipped in a fragrant lime bowl or they can try a herbal hand massage.

Before dinner, guests are offered a refreshing steam bath with fragrant herbs such as lemon grass, pomelo leaves and holy basil. Then, before bedtime, they are given a foot bath in warm water with ginger, salt and medicinal herbs. If wished for, a selection of massages can be given in the room.

The next morning, Yi Jin Jing exercises are organized for all guests. These exercises belong to ancient medicinal practices that involve coordinating breathing patterns with physical postures to maintain health and well-being. These exercises with soft, extended even movements invigorate the limbs and internal organs. In particular, practice of the Yi Jin Jing exercises improves flexibility, balance and muscular strength. They also have a beneficial effect on the respiratory system.
