What is your position with Khiri Travel and what are your responsibilities?

I am the Ticketing Supervisor responsible for all reservations and airline tickets issued in Thailand. I have been with Khiri for ten years and I was the first one to work in this department.

Where are you from in Thailand and what is the tourist attraction in your country that you like the most?

I was born in Bangkok. I think Phi Phi Island is my favorite tourist spot in Thailand because Phi Phi is small, beautiful and natural. It is convenient and a great place for a family to relax while snorkeling, swimming and sightseeing around the island.

What are your favorite things to do in your free time?

I like to travel, watch movies and listen to music. I also like to go out and eat Thai street food –it is delicious and inexpensive. My favorite dish is chicken green curry. There is good Thai street food at the corner on Rambuttri Road.

What other Khiri countries have your visited?

I like Khiri Cambodia because it is easy to communicate there. I have also traveled to Hanoi and Danang in Vietnam. I wanted to try Nham Nueng, the Thai name for the food of South Vietnam. I couldn’t find this food in Hanoi but was able to find it in Danang.

What advice do you have for travelers coming to visit Bangkok and Thailand for the first time?

Thailand is one of the best places to travel. It has the best weather, delicious food, kind people, beautiful sea, strong cultural heritage and is not expensive.

Khao San Road in Bangkok is a good place to find souvenirs from all over Thailand. I recommend the silver jewelry because it is of high quality and not expensive.

My other advice to travelers to Thailand is to be respectful of the Thai people’s Buddhist traditions such as wearing proper clothing to cover up when visiting religious areas.
