Says Ryan Rogers, Vietnam Country Manager of Khiri Travel, who recently stayed at the Romance Hotel: “The staff were very pleasant and attentive. From the front desk to the porters, everyone seemed genuinely interested in making sure we had a quality customer experience.”

He adds: “Bathrooms were on a par with 4-5 star hotels, with separate shower and tub. With quality bedding, beds, flat screen TVs in every room, good Wi-Fi connection speeds, and a ‘new room’ smell and feel, it all made for a very comfortable stay and a great night’s sleep.”
