Cooking in the Rice Fields of Lombok
Join our cooking class at Tete Batu village and experience the tastes of local living. First you will explore the traditional market to get to know what kind of herbs and spices are being used in Indonesian homes, as well as the type of vegetables available in the surrounding area. Most products you see are common in major traditional markets around Indonesia. You will then learn about the products and what health benefits they have. The cooking class itself will take place in a beautiful rural house surrounded by emerald green rice fields and the spectacular nature of Lombok. The class will take between two to three hours.
