This update is to inform partners of Indonesia’s new entry requirement – the ‘All Indonesia Arrival Card.’
Basically it is replacing the immigration, customs declaration and health declaration forms into one form. Travelers can fill out the form within three days (72 hours) prior to their arrival. Once submitted, they will receive a QR code, which must be shown along with their passport.
The Arrival Card will be implemented by September 1, 2025 for travelers arriving at the airports in Bali and Jakarta and will be extended to all airports by October 1, 2025.
How to Complete the Arrival Card:
1. Visit allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id
2. Switch the website to English (top right corner) → select “Foreign Visitor”
3. Fill in the required details:
- Personal: nationality, full name, date of birth, passport number & expiry date, contact information
- Travel: arrival/departure dates, e-Visa (if applicable)
- Transport & Accommodation: airport/port of arrival, flight/ship details, hotel or residential address
- Health & Customs: recent symptoms/travel history, items to declare (e.g., animals, electronics, baggage)
4. Submit the form to receive a QR code
5. Present the QR code (printed or digital) along with your passport upon arrival
Please note:
- This new form does not replace a visa. Travelers must still obtain the appropriate visa for their stay.
- Travelers with visa exemptions are still required to complete the All Indonesia Arrival Card.
We recommend that all travelers are informed about this new requirement before their trip to ensure a smooth arrival process.
