So you’ll find it in most of the major cities, and it tastes much better than you might imagine.

Iced coffee with condensed milk

Iced coffee is prevalent in the big Vietnamese cities such as Hanoi or Saigon. The correct way to brew this bold drink is to use a unique, single-serving metal filter cup and press. Ground coffee is placed into the filter, tamped down by the press, and then pouring boiling water through the metal cup. The process takes a little bit of time, but it will surely help travelers relax while enjoying the aroma of the fresh brewing coffee.
