It’s a New Look Siem Reap
Over the past 15 months, a major road project was undertaken in Siem Reap, appropriately called the 38 roads to project, the main streets, roads, and thoroughfares of Siem Reap have been transformed, roads have been widened and sealed, drainage and sewerage systems built, paths and walkways created, riverside parks and gardens have taken bloom and most exciting of all a network of dedicated and clearly marked cycling paths have emerged. Siem Reap is simply stunning now and by far the new jewel in the crown.

Laos

Vientiane to Boten Railway Opens
In anticipation of the reopening of Laos borders the new high-speed railway service that runs between Vientiane and the border town of Boten in China’s southern Yunnan province. Thus connecting Laos to China with a supplicated and fast transport service. Once borders are open people will be able to travel from Laos into all areas of China by rail. This is an exciting addition to the transport infrastructure in Laos as there are five stops within Laos, and the high-speed train will make the journey between Vientiane and Luang Prabang in only two hours.
